A: Don't panic! Crochet is incredibly forgiving—you can easily unravel a mistake and try again. Plus, we intentionally include 20% to 30% extra yarn in every kit just in case you experience tension issues or make mistakes along the way.

A: No, never. Crochet cannot be replicated by any industrial machine. Every single finished plushie, flower, and accessory in our shop is 100% genuinely handcrafted stitch-by-stitch by our talented, experienced artisans. Each piece is unique.
Q: Are the materials safe for babies, kids, and pets?
A: Absolutely. We source premium, skin-friendly, and ultra-soft yarns. All safety eyes are tightly secured and locked from the inside. However, for infants under 36 months, we always recommend adult supervision during play just to be completely safe.

A: We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unwashed finished items and completely untouched DIY kits in their original packaging. For personal returns, the buyer covers the return shipping.
