$6.99 fee for orders under $59.99.

The average transit time is 5-14 business days. (Note: This does not apply to pre-order products. For these arrival times, please refer to your pre-order.)
Our regular shipping schedule is Monday through Friday. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will ship the next business day. Per industry standards, business days do not include weekends or holidays.

To ensure the quickest delivery time, we work with several carriers, including USPS, UPS, Amazon MCF, and FedEx.
5. Shipping Instructions
Make sure orders have the correct name, address, and contact information, so items are delivered successfully.

Refund Policy
For physical goods, you have 30 days to return it from the date you received it.
Shipping charges are not refundable, and Ms Crochet does not cover any costs for the return.
To return an item, email mscrochetusa@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
All pattern sales are final. No refund is offered once you complete checkout.
