1. Order Processing Time
  • DIY Kits & Tools: Orders are typically processed and packaged within 1–3 business days.
  • Handmade/Custom Finished Items: Since our finished plushies and gifts are meticulously handcrafted, please allow 3–5 business days for preparation before shipping. (If an item is marked "Ready to Ship," it will be dispatched within 1–2 business days).
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
We operate from California and ship nationwide and internationally.
  • Standard Domestic Shipping (USA): 5–7 business days. (Free standard shipping on orders over $60).
  • Expedited Shipping (USA): 3–5 business days (Available at checkout for an additional fee).
  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days depending on the destination country.
Note: Once your package is dispatched, a tracking number will be automatically emailed to you so you can follow its journey.

We want you to love your crochet experience! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a full refund, please ensure that:
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • For DIY Kits, all included materials (yarn, hooks, stuffing, and printed booklets) must be complete, untouched, and in their original packaging.
  • Please note: Digital items (such as downloadable PDF Crochet Patterns) are non-refundable once downloaded.
3. Return Shipping
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), MsCrochet will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
  • For personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind, ordered the wrong style), the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Do not mail packages back to our Malibu office address without prior authorization. To start a return, please email us at mscrochetusa@outlook.comΒ with your Order Number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the correct Return Center warehouse address and instructions within 24 hours.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.
